This Privacy Policy explains how Renegade ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

Renegade is designed with privacy in mind. We collect minimal data:

• Leaderboard Data: If you submit your score to our online leaderboard, we collect your chosen display name and score. No real names, emails, or personal identifiers are required.
• Game Progress: Your game progress (unlocked weapons, boosters, currency, settings) is stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage (NSUserDefaults). This data never leaves your device.
• In-App Purchases: Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

• No personal identification (name, email, phone number)
• No location data
• No device identifiers or advertising IDs
• No analytics or tracking data
• No cookies or web tracking
• No data shared with third-party advertisers

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Apple App Store / StoreKit: For processing in-app purchases. Apple's privacy policy applies: apple.com/privacy
• Leaderboard Server: A self-hosted server for score submission. Only display names and scores are transmitted. No personal data is collected or stored.

5. Data Storage & Security

All game data is stored locally on your device. Leaderboard submissions are transmitted securely to our server. We do not maintain user accounts or databases of personal information.

6. Children's Privacy

Renegade does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The App does not require any personal information to function.

7. Data Deletion

Since all game data is stored locally, you can delete it at any time by:

• Using the "Reset Highscore" option in Settings
• Deleting the App from your device

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date.
