Daily Brain ("the App") is developed by Justin Gul. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices.

Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal data.

Daily Brain stores all your data — including your learning progress, settings, and quiz results — locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service:

• Free Dictionary API (dictionaryapi.dev) — used in the Explore tab to look up word definitions. When you search for a word, a request is sent to this API containing only the searched word. No personal data is included in these requests.

The App does not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

Data Storage

All app data is stored locally on your device:

• Learning progress and word mastery levels
• Quiz scores and streaks
• App settings (difficulty, topics, notifications)
• Search history in the Explore tab

Deleting the App will permanently remove all stored data. There is no cloud backup or sync functionality.

Children's Privacy

Daily Brain does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. Since the App does not collect any data at all, it is safe for users of all ages.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
