9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings. Upon deletion, your personal data and content will be permanently removed.
